Mizuho Tsuzuki (都築 瑞穂 (つづき みずほ) Tsuzuki Mizuho) is the daughter of Tetsuo Tsuzuki who is adopted by Yosuke Itsuki after Tetsuo committed suicide.
She suffered from kidney problems that she had to constantly stay in hospital, but she was healed after her father donated her his last kidney and she currently lives healthily.

- The name Mizuho means "felicitous omen, auspicious" (瑞) (mizu) and "grain" (穂) (ho).
- Mizuho's surname Tsuzuki means "metropolis, capital" (都) (tsu) and "fabricate, build, construct" (築) (zuki).
