Kagetsu is a guest who came to the Opera House before the drama club's training on Opera House Island started.
He has his entire face covered in bandages and has a weird behavior, but the owner didn't think much of this it the murders started happening. Afterwards, he disappeared and became impossible to find, with his room behind ransacked and a threatening message left on the wall.
As a result of his lack of alibi, his disapperance and the state of his room, he becomes the prime suspect of being the Phantom of the Opera House Murder Case.

He is thought to have been close to Fuyuko Tsukishima as he would be taking revenge on the people who injured her and caused her suicide.
